Description

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of Banking & Finance transactions independently;
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client transactions;
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to banking transactions;
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on regulatory compliance and risk management;
• Mentor and train junior lawyers, offering guidance on best practices and professional development;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions;
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact for client inquiries;
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments in Banking & Finance law;
• Participate in business development activities to expand the firm’s client base.

Profile

• Your interest and extensive experience (2 to 7 years) within Banking & Finance transactional work have meant that this field holds few secrets for you;
• You are able to work independently and take responsibility for your own files;
• Mentoring and motivating junior lawyers gives you energy;
• You have a true entrepreneurial spirit and an inexhaustible passion for the business;
• You have an excellent knowledge of English;
• Do you complement this with a sound knowledge of Dutch and/or French? Absolute plus.
