Role Overview

This role involves providing support for international breakdowns and utilizing language skills for effective communication and resolution. Responsibilities include taking ownership of incidents, coordinating with repair dealers, and updating customers on progress. Proactive problem-solving and teamwork are essential for ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers with international breakdowns using multi-lingual skills.
  • Take full ownership of breakdowns regardless of location, providing customers peace of mind.
  • Maintain regular communication with repair dealers and update customers on progress.
  • Employ a creative and proactive problem-solving approach to ensure customer support.
  • Emphasize teamwork and collaboration as foundational aspects of the role.


Qualifications:

  • C1 proficiency in German
  • C1 proficiency in Polish
  • C1 proficiency in English
