Your responsibilities as a UX Designer
Optimise the digital experience starting from research, data and insights. Work out the best possible experience and journey for commercial campaigns. Conduct user research or experiments, analyze the input, translate it towards insights and connect the dots into sharp conclusions and recommendations. Communicate and argument the impact of your design work to stakeholders. Directly collaborate with UX Lead and other UX or UI designers, product owners, digital analysts, CRO and personalization experts.What we have to offer

In your world, customers and website visitors are key. You have a strong customer empathy, you connect with them like no other, and identify with their world. You have a strong understanding of general best practices of UX/UI and able to apply them. You are at ease regardless of the size of the digital project. Proficient in using web components from established design systems, templates, and guidelines. Share design knowledge and standards to enrich the design community. Willingness to quickly learn, adapt and grow your design skills. Build bridges with business stakeholders and software engineers. Create designs and flows using industry tools like Figma.
