As our Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Take the lead in identifying, cultivating, and pursuing exciting new business prospects in the digital experience and web technologies sector.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our marketing team to implement innovative strategies that propel lead generation and construct an unwavering pipeline of potential clients.
  • Engage with new prospects through strategic outreach, leveraging both your existing network and cold outreach methods. Cultivate interest in our digital solutions through tailored communications and presentations. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, key clients, stakeholders, and partners. 
  • Collaborate with the solution directors and marketing team to develop strategies for new solution and services offerings. 
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote our services. 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the digital technology sector - at least 5 years of experience.
  • Established network in the digital technology sector: Possession of a strong, relevant professional network that can be leveraged to open new business opportunities and partnerships. 
  • Embrace the hunter mindset – showcase your knack for actively seeking and securing new business ventures that set the stage for success
  • In-depth understanding of digital experience platforms, web technologies, and the overall digital ecosystem, with the ability to translate complex solutions into compelling narratives that resonate as irresistible value propositions for clients.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus.
  • As your target is the Belgian market, you live in Belgium.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
