Description

• As an employee in Portfolio Transfer Securities, you are responsible for smooth processing within the set internal deadlines and SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
• This includes daily registration, follow-up and resolution of requests from Front Office and both internal and external parties, through various communication channels
• You approach these tasks with diplomacy and efficiency, satisfying both internal customers and external counterparties
• In addition, you contribute to reporting and daily updates on the status and volumes of portfolio transfers
• You play an active role in improving our services by proposing, supporting and implementing proposals for optimization.

Profile

• You have a degree in Higher Education (Bachelor's degree) or equivalent experience.
• You have general banking knowledge and knowledge of securities processing.
• You have knowledge of settlements of securities transfers.
• You are proficient in Excel, Word and Access.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• You have a very accurate working style.
• You remain stress resistant, even in challenging situations.
• You are a strong team player.
• You have a positive attitude towards change and think in terms of solutions.
• You have a critical and proactive work attitude.
