De Solution Architect is een IT-professional met sterke focus op applicaties, data en/of technologie-architectuur en een grondig begrip van business LoB die hij/zij ondersteunt. De Solution Architect schetst oplossingen in de functionele domeinen en controleert dan de implementatie ervan (via design authority meetings). De Solution Architect rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Enterprise Architect van het domein en werkt nauw samen met Business Architects en Delivery Managers.
Jouw taak:
Je werkt in een Agile omgeving. Voor elke functie (Epic/Feature) creëer je de solution architecture die bestaat uit application components, integration (diensten, API, events en file), application cooperation, informatie en Public Cloud (AWS) gebruiksviews die worden geformaliseerd aan de hand van Archimate. Je zorgt ervoor dat de technologie wordt gekoppeld aan meetbare businesswaarde Je werkt samen met het productteam (dev en ops engineers) om ervoor te zorgen dat e2e is afgestemd op de oplossing Je neemt eigendom van niet-functionele specifieke vereisten. Je deelt de oplossing mee en je zorgt ervoor dat stakeholders en management ze begrijpt (tot in de nodige details). Je werkt samen met de enterprise architects voor een strategische richting en je draagt bij tot de implementatie van de target architecture roadmap. Je daagt de scope uit en valideert/bepaalt hem om ervoor te zorgen dat de business de juiste beslissingen kan nemen voor de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat het initiatief overeenstemt met de initiële business architecture om ervoor te zorgen dat de organisatie het juiste resultaat behaalt. Je ondersteunt de business in de procesdigitalisering van de business (uitdagen, vereenvoudigen ...) door innovatieve oplossingen voor te stellen.Jouw Profiel
Je hebt een master of gelijkwaardige ervaring en minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring. Je schreeft en schrijft vloeiend Frans, je kan in het Engels lezen/schrijven en je begrijpt Nederlands. Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden (je kan communiceren met alle relevante stakeholders op hun relevante niveau van informatiebehoefte) en je kan complexe documenten schrijven en overtuigende presentaties afleveren Je leert snel en je slaagt erin om snel inzicht te krijgen in het IT-applicatielandschap en de businessfuncties die deze applicaties invullen. Je bent een goede netwerker en je bent invloedrijk. Je bent resultaatgericht. Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van de IT-markttendensen en je volgt de technologische evoluties. Je bent vertrouwd met het omzetten en analyseren van complexe functionele en niet-functionele vereisten en je kan andere complexe technische informatie begrijpelijk maken. Je bent flexibel, proactief, gestructureerd en kwaliteitsgericht. Je bent een teamspeler en je benut de kennis van je collega's om tot de best mogelijke oplossing te komen.
