Senior Sales Consultant

Wat zal je doen als Senior Sales Consultant?
Onze toekomstige Senior Sales Consultant collega zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor zijn eigen business. Heb je managementambities? Dan krijg je op korte termijn de kans om je eigen team te managen en uit te breiden. In deze rol ligt de nadruk vooral op het opzetten en uitbreiden van een topteam voor recruitment, het coachen en begeleiden van collega's, en het direct bijdragen aan de groei van The Ambitious Group in Antwerpen.
Je wordt verwacht zowel door te gaan met werven als leiding te geven aan een divers team van Junior, Medior en Senior Consultants. Je inspireert je teams zodat ze hun maandelijkse en jaarlijkse doelen en promotieambities kunnen bereiken. Als je team succesvol is, ben jij dat ook
Wie is onze nieuwe collega?
- Minimaal 1-2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie met een aantoonbaar trackrecord
- Uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- Veerkrachtig persoon met een constante drang om te verbeteren en die graag met doelen werkt;
- Woonachtig in Antwerpen of bereid om te verhuizen.

- Basissalaris van minimaal €2750 (afhankelijk van je ervaring kan dit oplopen tot €4400) + bonus zonder plafond (een van de hoogste in Europa);
