Description

  • You handle telephone and email inquiries and issues from brokers about insurance tools and programs.
  • You analyze a technical issue, look for the cause and find an appropriate solution for the customer. Where necessary, you follow up with the broker via screen takeover.
  • You take care of the corresponding administration: you document your actions, create master tickets and follow up escalated tickets in the management system.
  • You communicate with your colleagues in IT and the insurance department about common questions.
  • You think along how to improve and streamline processes, working methods and tools within the team.
  • You will inform yourself about the latest updates and developments of tools and programs and also learn about the IT landscape and how the insurance department ("Operations") works.

Profile

  • You have a minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • You have a strong interest in IT. Preferably you already have experience as a first-line support / help desk employee.
  • You have an affinity with the insurance sector and would like to learn more about it. You will be supported in this through on-the-job training and scripts.
  • You speak and write Dutch fluently and can communicate professionally in French.
  • You are analytically strong.
  • You get energy from investigating a new IT question from the customer and proactively look for a good solution.
  • You are customer-oriented and enjoy helping brokers further, even with complex issues.
  • You are a team player and committed. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that your team works together even more closely and efficiently.
