Logistics Executive

As a Logistics Executive you'll translate customer needs into firm orders with suppliers, and follow up and monitor stock for a defined supplier portfolio in order to place orders with suppliers.

Tasks:

• You'll ensure timely placing of orders for factories, validation of orders & bank guarantees, communication and order placement at ministry, goods receipt, organising transport to factories, instructions for printing and cutting, administration for destroyed stamps and month-end reconciliations.
• You'll establish weekly/monthly reporting & declarations, after crosscheck on a weekly basis all physical vs 3PL system.
• You'll prepare all inventory and excise related files for periodic physical destructions of finished goods.
• You'll ensure correct & timely Master data creation flow.
• You'll execute and analyse daily stock reconciliation versus Logistic Partner records to ensure fully aligned stock records.
• You'll organise and execute the physical stock management tasks for Finished Goods (=FG) in the central BELUX warehouse(s), whereby stock counts and destructions are organised and reconciled in order to achieve product freshness, aligned stocks and timely destructions.
• You'll organise stock counts
• You'll attend monthly Master Data meetings to understand planned mktg activities in order to ensure timely establishment of technical fiches towards internal services, customers and logistic partners.

We are looking for a Logistics Executive that that:

• is graduated or has a Bachelor
• has 1-3 years working experience preferably in a FMCG company
• has a good knowledge of MS Office and SAP is a plus
• is a problem solver within the system rules and appropriate procedures
• has good communication skills, works accurately and is able to work within strict timings
• is fluent in Dutch & French (written & spoken) and good knowledge of English required
