We zijn op zoek naar een die ons team Supply Chain van de directie Technics wil versterken.
Deze directie is belast met de aankoop, de modernisering en het onderhoud van het rollend materieel. Het is haar opdracht om de klanten veilig, bedrijfszeker, comfortabel en voldoende materieel ter beschikking te stellen dat aangepast is aan de operationele en commerciële behoeften om hen zo een kwalitatieve dienstverlening te bieden.
Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?
We zoeken een ambitieuze startende ingenieur of master die projectmatig kan denken. Als Junior Supply Chain Engineer werk je mee aan de opzet van een efficiënte en effectieve Supply Chain.
De belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden van de functie zijn:
Je verdiept je in de huidige planning processen, je signaleert knel- en verbeterpunten en je formuleert oplossingen. Gaandeweg word je heel vertrouwd met de inhoud van begrippen zoals MRP, BOM, Productieorders, … in een specifieke herstelomgeving. Je wordt aangetrokken tot het analyseren van data, en kan kernelementen identificeren. Je creëert hiermee KPI’s, die je ook opvolgt en waarvoor je acties definieert, samen met de verschillende werkplaatsen. Je maakt analyses van de bestaande industriële set-up van de werkplaatsen en doet aanbevelingen voor efficiëntieverbeteringen. Je ondersteunt het S&OP proces en bereidt bondige en krachtige One-Pagers voor, voor de verschillende agendapunten. Je leert de organisatie van binnen uit kennen en je bouwt een netwerk op om toekomstgericht door te groeien binnen de organisatie in een expertrol of leidinggevende functie. Je wordt opgeleid en ondersteund door een team van ervaren Supply Chain Experts.

Je beschikt over een Master diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je bent bij voorkeur schoolverlater of hebt een eerste werkervaringTechnische vaardigheden :
Je hebt een degelijke kennis van MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word,…) Affiniteit met een technische productie-omgeving Kennis van ERP systemen (SAP) is een plus Elementaire kennis van de tweede landstaalGedragscompetenties :
Je sterke motivatie om processen te structureren werkt aanstekelijk en je omarmt verandering. Je beschikt over een analytische geest en je hebt oog voor detail. Je kan bondig problemen samenvatten. Je bent van nature uit oplossingsgericht en je hebt zin voor initiatief. Je handelt steeds ondernemingsbewust. Je kan planmatig werken en bent stressbestendig. Je bent een teamplayer en hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, waarbij je anderen kan overtuigen. Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en je bent in staat zelfstandig belangrijke beslissingen te nemen. Je bent op termijn op zoek naar een functie die leiderschap en team management combineert met processen of je evolueert naar een expertenrol.Iedereen is uniek.
