Our customer, active in the petrochemical sector, is looking for an Order Entry employee. You will be responsible for managing orders and deliveries, collaborating with six southern sales representatives and the sales manager, and working with the technical and support teams. Description

  • Order taking (tel, mail, post, Colibri, Proxilub) and recording of orders in SAP and processing of the Colibri interface for Adblue back-up.
  • Follow-up of deliveries and stocks, processing of administrative documents.
  • Management of used oil, empty packaging and special oil collections.
  • Encoding in SAP.
  • Document management.
  • Participate in work meetings, in particular meetings with sales staff (preparation, moderation, minutes).
  • Take all necessary initiatives to improve business results and operations.
  • Ensure interdepartmental relations: credit management, logistics, marketing, contracts, identification, etc.
  • Back up Order Entry Adblue and back up support for automotive north and industry.
  • Sends sales reports to each sales representative at the end of the day.
  • Participate in the department's collective tasks (manage the general mailbox).
  • Participate in departmental stand-by duty.
  • Handle customers who express dissatisfaction (communication and management of returns and emergencies).
  • Respond professionally to telephone and e-mail enquiries regarding products, packaging and general information.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree - Ideal position to start before a commercial or administrative function.
  • Very good knowledge of Dutch and French.
  • Good commercial feeling, administrative rigor and initiative.
  • Ability to work well under stress and manage priorities.
