Jouw rol draagt bij aan de kwalitatieve ondersteuning en samenwerking voor toekomstige contracten binnen de organisastie.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Commercial Services Administrator:
Je registreert onderhoudscontracten nauwkeurig in de bedrijfssystemen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verstrekken van interne ordernummers aan de verkoopafdeling en het opvolgen van het releasen van contracten voor zowel interne als externe inkooporders. Daarnaast verzend je contractbevestigingen en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van alle administratie aan de opdrachtgevers. Je maakt opportunity records aan om ervoor te zorgen dat voorstellen voor verlengingen tijdig aan de klant worden aangereikt. Je staat in voor de creatie en verzending van de jaarlijkse facturen voor deze contracten. Je adviseert de helpdesk en serviceplanning over de verplichtingen die deel uitmaken van onderhoudscontracten. Je houdt de data met betrekking tot onderhoudscontracten en zakenpartners in de servicedatabases up to date. Je maakt inkoop opdrachten aan voor inkomende facturen van dienstverleners, en volgt de tijdige betaling op. Je zorgt voor inkoop opdrachten voor (service) materiaal en houdt de levering en betaling van gerelateerde facturen bij.Opleiding:
Je hebt minimaal een bachelor’s degree.
Talenkennis:
Engels: Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van de Engelse taal - zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Frans: Basiskennis van de Franse taal is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.Ervaring:
Ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol in een B2B-serviceomgeving is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en leergierigheid zijn net zo belangrijk.Competenties:
