What will your tasks be as a 'Temporary Recruitment Assistant' for our client?

  • Support the talent acquisition team in the recruitment process for our client.
  • Spread job vacancies through various channels and attract talent without boundaries.
  • Ensure an efficient recruitment process for both local and international candidates
  • Assist in interview scheduling and gather feedback from recruitment teams.
  • Draft employment conrtacts and guide new colleagues through the onboarding process.
  • Participate in various HR projects according your interests.

What are we looking for in a 'Temporary Recruitment Assistant' for our client?

  • Bachelor's degree in office management or equivalent, preferably with 1 year of HR experience.
  • Passion for HR administration makes you valuable to the team.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work, open to optimization.
  • Customer-oriented, accurate, and proactive.
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Excel for reporting.
  • Fluent in English with professional communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
