For the Bending Department in Grimbergen, we are looking for a CNC Operator for milling machines.
Our Bending Department has 3 modern, state-of-the-art CNC-controlled milling machines for adding weld edges to pipes and elbow pieces.
Your job as a CNC Operator at Equans?
you set up, program, adjust, and operate the CNC milling machines independently (type: TOS Varnsdorf Heidenhain control) you ensure the production process runs optimally you determine the correct approach and processing of various products and materials you handle first-line maintenance of the machine(s) and are involved in correcting and marking the bendsWhat do you need?
an A2 diploma; or equivalent through experience experience in the metal sector (a significant plus) ability to work accurately and with dedication willingness to pitch in task-wise where needed willingness to work in a 2-shift system, which may be temporarily adjusted to a 3-shift system depending on staffing levelsThe Industry segment, as the world's largest manufacturer of pipe bends produced by hot bending, has the required technological and machining capabilities to produce bends for the most advanced onshore and offshore oil and gas pipeline systems and specific applications in the chemical, petrochemical, and energy sectors.
