Jouw job als 'Commercial Business & Sales Controller':
Als Commercial Business & Sales Controller, neem je hoofdzakelijk drie actieve rollen in.
Business Control.Commercial & Sales Control.Finance Project Management.1. Business Control
Budgetten & financiele forecast samen met je team.KPI-management.Monitor en rapporteer over de omzet en bruto marges in lijn met de BEGAAP wet- en regelgeving.Reconciliation in samenwerking met Accounting.Participeren bij de afsluiten.2. Commercial & Sales Control
In het bredere salesprocess, challenge jij de commerciele en financieel aspecten zoals tenders en quotaties van klanten en distribiteurs. Dit doe je in samenwerking met jou collega's van Sales & Account Management.Daarnaast evalueer en beoordeel je vanuit financieel oogpunt, de T&C's van verkoopcontracten. Het juridische luik wordt uiteraard door andere collega's opgenomen.Je onderhandelt en beoordeelt de betalingstermijnen en -mijlpijlen (credit management, project cashmanagement, ...)Analyseer bestellingen / work orders van klanten door de juiste price-setting te waarborgen, zorgen dat de betalingstermijnen kloppen en de voorgestelde leveringstermijnen goed zijn.3. Finance Project Management
Financieel projectmanagement van sales projecten in nauwe smaenwerking met het Account Management Team en het Logistieke Team.Projectenkosten opvolgen en monitoren.Manage project-specieke mijlpalen en betaalmethoden.Betalingen opvolgen.Logisiek opvolgen voor de levering van de bestellingen.Onderhandel in de samenwerkingsprocessen met de klant voor het ophalen van 'letters of credit', bankgaranties, credit-garanties, …Bereken de kostprovisies en sales-margins in de verschillende projectenOnderhoudt contact met klanten en distribiteurs over de financiele aspecten van de verkoopscontracten in de implementatiefase.Jouw profiel voor de positie van 'Commercial Business & Sales Controller':
Je hebt een Bachelor of Master in Accounting, Finance, Bedrijfseconomie of gerelateerd vakgebied.Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in de positie van Commercial Controller / Sales Controller of gelijkgesteld door andere ervaring.Je bent analytisch, communicatief sterk, leergierig en hands-on.Je vindt het leuk om betrokken te zijn bij de 'operations'; in dit geval Sales & Account Management maar ook direct contact met de eindklantJe bent een teamspeler, maar kunt ook zelfstandig werken.Je bent proactief in het voorstellen van verbeteringen en bent zeer communicatief.Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan op een professioneel niveau in het Engels communiceren. Kennis van het Frans, is daarnaast een pluspunt maar geen must.Je hebt een grondige kennis van Excel en eventueel van Power Bi.
