Responsibilities:
Business Analyst:
You analyze a specific part/ aspect of a company in order to find the right solution(s) to implement.
- Requirement Analysis: Work with business leaders, stakeholders, and IT teams to understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural intitiatives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive enterprise architecture designs that encompass business processes, applications, data, and technology and make sure it aligns with business goals and objectives.
- Governance: Establish and enforce architecture governance processes and standards to maintain consistency across projects and systems.
- Integration: Design solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing systems and technologies.
- Roadmapping: Create and maintain long-term architectural roadmaps, outlining the evolution of the enterprise architecture to meet future business needs.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs and decisions.
- Risk Management: Identify and address architectural risks and issues, ensuring that solutions align with the enterprise architecture.
- Technology Evaluation: Choose appropriate technologies and platforms for the development and implementation of solutions.
- Standards and Guidelines: Ensure that solutions align with architectural standards and follow best practices to ensure consistency and quality in solution development.
Your Qualities
- Must hold a master degree preferably in subjects such as engineering, IT or business;
- Relevant Experience (between 2 and 5 years) with a first experience in solution/enterprise architecture
- Hands on & Pragmatic
- Communication & Relationship Building
- Critical Thinking & Helicopter view
- Problem Solving & Improvement oriented
- Ability to communicate with different stakeholders: business, management, development teams, ICT operations
- Proficient in French, Dutch and English
