About the Role

We are seeking a full-time senior web developer to lead and be the main contributor to our web initiatives.

Our web portfolio includes several lead generation websites, two e-commerce platforms, and ambitious projects aimed at unifying our user experience through a rich web UI.

Key responsibilities

  • Security, Hosting, Maintenance, and Technical Consistency of All Sites
    1. Monitor performance and uptime.
    2. Diagnose and correct problems without delay.
    3. Clearly and simply document lessons learned and prevention policies.
    4. Incorporate lessons learned into daily operations.
  • Web Performance Optimization
    • Improve Core Web Vitals scores.
    • Conduct rapid and effective diagnostics.
    • Enhance and maintain server speed.
  • Development Process Optimization
    • Gradually establish best development practices (versioning, continuous integration, continuous deployment).
  • Rapid Implementation of Designs
    • Follow an agile launch principle: Accelerate the deployment of new designs.
    • Consider UX and user context: Ensure common understanding with the product team.
  • Leadership and Technical Direction (Web)
    • Provide clear technical guidance on technology choices, database structure, and the balance between using plugins/themes and custom development to achieve business objectives.
    • Share structured feedback with teams (design, marketing, business, IT, etc.)
  • Monitor and Participate in Integrations
    • Participate in the integration and monitoring of e-commerce/marketing tools.
    • Develop and maintain communication between websites and the rest of the stack (ERP + CRM Django, Odoo, channel manager, marketing automation, ticket manager, etc.)
    • Participate in IT architecture (with the ERP/CRM manager and marketing manager).
