Je beheert de dossiers inzake de analyse voor de repatriëring van internationale geldmiddelen, die je behandelt van A tot Z, waarbij je rechtstreeks in contact komt met het commercieel net. Je speelt overigens een actieve rol in de optimalisering van de processen van het CAMFI en het opstellen van de reporting en de coaching van de andere medewerkers. Je draagt bij tot het onder controle houden van het risico in de Bank in een gevoelige en complexe materie.
De job in een notendop
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de analyse en de follow-up van de repatriëring van internationale geldmiddelen. Je beheert geheel autonoom deze complexe dossiers en draagt bij tot het beslissingsproces in dit verband.
Je bent in deze het bevoorrechte aanspreekpunt van onze interne stakeholders (het commercieel net, de juridische afdeling, de afdeling Compliance).
Tijdens zijn/haar werkdag gaat de Senior Funds Repatriation Analyst:
Uitgesproken zin voor prioriteiten, het vermogen om op een autonome en georganiseerde wijze, met de nodige discretie, tact en objectiviteit te werken, zijn dus van kapitaal belang.

Je beschikt over een uitstekende beheersing van de juridische en fiscale aspecten van de structurering van complexe en/of internationale vermogens (rechtstreekse fiscaliteit, nalatenschappen, schenkingen, AML-wetgeving). Je bent uitgesproken analytisch ingesteld. Op een pedagogische en diplomatische wijze communiceren met je contactpersonen schrikt je niet af. Je spreekt vlot Frans, en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands en een gevorderde kennis van het Engels. Je behaalde een masterdiploma in een fiscale, economische of juridische richting of deed gelijkwaardige ervaring op.
