Underwriting and claim administrator

As a member of our Belgian operations, you will be responsible for the administration on underwriting and claims of our Belgian Motor Insurance portfolio.

You will:

• Handle all incoming requests (mail, email, telephone) for the Motor lines of business
• Provide underwriting support to the office manager
• Perform general administration on policies and claims

Your responsibilities:

• Provide support to office manager for Underwriting
• Maintain necessary reporting for analysis
• Output premium invoices
• Output insurance certificates (“green cards”)
• Input in the (DE) Motor Fleet Management policy and claims system 
• Input in the global policy and claims management system

Your profile:

• Bachelor degree in Economics / Marketing / Statistics / Insurance.
• Relevant first experience in the automotive insurance sector.
• Excellent command of MS Office.
• Good understanding of risk management and handling.
• Strong analytical skills (manage complex set of parameters).
• Organized, structured mind and good presentation and communication skills to all levels of the organisation
• Good time management – able to work under pressure and dedicated to meet variable deadlines
• Positive attitude to resolve problems/troubles with Customer First spirit in mind.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English is a must.

Contract:

Permanent contract with competitive salary package.

Hybrid way of working (possibility for some days homeworking).
