Content Creator en Donor Care Officer bij de UZ Brussel Foundation

Hoe maak jij het verschil?
Als Content Creator werk je samen met collega’s aan de online en offline communicatie van de organisatie en haar projecten. Je zet jouw creatieve ideeën om in leuke, pakkende en engagerende content.
Op basis van een communicatiekalender of campagneplanning werk je aan content die via de verschillende online en offline kanalen gebracht wordt. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen en op zoek te gaan naar nieuwe, leuke en rijke content. Je maakt zowel copy als visuals. Je proefleest Nederlandstalige en Franstalige teksten. Je hebt contact met mensen uit ons doelpubliek, collega’s, donateurs, … om informatie en input te verzamelen. We zetten in op een multi-channel approach, je zoekt dus mee naar manieren om de gemaakte content zo breed mogelijk te brengen. Je ontvangt telefonische oproepen van donateurs en andere personen. Je beheert verschillende mailboxen van de Foundation, beantwoordt de standaard vragen en bezorgt specifieke vragen aan betrokken personen. Je beantwoordt vragen en opmerkingen die we ontvangen via de social media kanalen.Als proactieve duizendpoot ga je op zoek naar manieren om collega’s een handje te helpen. Je zorgt voor algemene ondersteuning van de UZ Brussel Foundation.
Je helpt bij evenementen. Je plant meetings en neemt verslag. Je bereidt presentaties voor. Je onthaalt bezoekers. Je verwerkt administratieve taken.Waar blink jij in uit?
Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans. Goede kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt. Je beschikt over een vlotte pen en kan deze aanwenden om lezers te raken, te enthousiasmeren en te activeren. Je kunt op verschillende manieren schrijven, voor verschillende doelgroepen. Je bent een vlotte communicator en kunt mensen enthousiast maken en overtuigen. Goede kennis van de verschillende Social Media kanalen. Goede kennis van Microsoft Office. Goede kennis van Adobe Suite. Je hebt ervaring met de backoffice van online kanalen en tools en hebt nieuwe systemen snel onder de knie. Je hebt oog voor detail en werkt nauwkeurig. Je kunt zelfstandig werken en hebt zin om initiatief te nemen. Je bent creatief. Je wilt mensen helpen. Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en hebt een can-do attitude. Het UZ Brussel vormt samen met de Vrije Universiteit Brussel en Erasmushogeschool Brussel de Brussels Health Campus. Op deze campus, gelegen tussen afrit 9 van de Brusselse ring en het Laarbeekbos, zijn ook een kinderkribbe (volgens K&G-systeem), kinderopvang in de vakanties, een lagere school en een fitnesscentrum gelegen.
