Planner/Werkvoorbereider FainOps Maintenance

Wat ga jij doen

Werkvoorbereiding taken: Opname werkzaamheden. Opzetten jobkaart (Method statement).Bepalen Maintenance proces (COSO)(Reparatief/Correctief/Storingen etc).Bestellen/aanvraag materialen alsook Controle aanwezigheid grijpvoorraad/reserve onderdelen en apart opslaan.Bestellen aanvullende diensten indien van toepassing (Steiger, hijscapaciteit, etc).Omschrijving van uit te voeren werkzaamheden (Aanvulling op method statement). Inschatting van de uitvoeringsuren, welke op de opdracht/voorblad dienen te worden vermeld.Wanneer de werkzaamheden in uitvoering zijn resteert de verantwoordelijkheid om de uitvoering; overdracht, te instrueren en indien nodig bij vragen te ondersteunen. In het dagelijks gatekeep overleg worden de prioriteiten van de uit te voeren werkorders bepaald. De betreffende werkorder dient hiermee rekening te houden en dient derhalve de data te volgen. Afwijkingen hierop dient te worden gecommuniceerd met aanvragen en/of maintenance manager. Wanneer de werkvoorbereiding heeft plaatsgevonden dient de werkorder op de juiste gewenste uitvoeringsdatum te worden ingepland. Hiervoor bestaat een uitvoeringsbak. De werkvoorbereider dient de werkorder hierin te vermelden en de uitvoeringsmap te overhandigen aan een SPOC en/of de maintenance manager.  Ten aanzien van PPM’orders dient de werkvoorbereider de jaarplanning globaal aan te houden zoals deze in het CMMS is opgesteld. PPM’orders welke “Conditioned Based” zijn dienen te worden ingepland wanneer de gemeten waarden dit aangeven.

Wie ben jij

Voor de functie van Planner/werkvoorbereider heb je minimaal een graduaat opleiding in een technische richting of de nodige ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie. 
 
Verder heb je kennis nodig van onderhoudsmethoden en -planningen. Denk dan aan LCC (Life Cycle Cost), FMECA (Failure Mode Effect & Criticality Analysis), RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) en RCA (Root Cause Analysis). Daarnaast kun je niet zonder kennis van wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van onderhoud. IMEC volgt bijvoorbeeld de SEVESO-richtlijnen.
