Als HR Data en Reporting Analyst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verzamelen, analyseren en rapporteren van HR-gerelateerde gegevens om strategische inzichten te bieden aan de organisatie. Op die manier draag je bij aan het optimaliseren van HR-processen en het ondersteunen van onze strategische doelstellingen.
Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?
Als HR Data en Reporting Analyst zijn dit jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
Je verzamelt en consolideert HR data uit verschillende bronnen en analyseert ze, in nauwe samenwerking met HR Experts, om trends, patronen en afwijkingen te identificeren die kunnen leiden tot strategische inzichten en aanbevelingen inzake besluitvorming. Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt dashboards, rapporten en KPI's om de prestaties van HR-initiatieven te volgen en te rapporteren aan belanghebbenden. Je creëert ad-hoc rapporten en analyses om specifieke vragen van het management of andere entiteiten te beantwoorden. Je identificeert mogelijkheden ter verbetering van de procesefficiëntie en datakwaliteit door middel van gegevensanalyse en het aanbevelen van passende maatregelen. Je bent mee met de trends en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van HR-analytics en technologieën en past deze toe.

Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma EN je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met gegevensanalyse en rapportage.

Je neemt je tijd om een binnenkomende vraag kritisch onder de loep te nemen en op een gestructureerde manier te beantwoorden; Je bent vertrouwd met Business intelligence platformen, maakt gezwind dashboards in PowerBI en gebruikt geavanceerde analysemethoden zoals voorspellende analyse of machine learning; Je hebt interesse om bij te leren op vlak van HR processen en data, SAP HR en Successfactors; Je bent een teamspeler met het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met verschillende entiteiten binnen onze organisatie; Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans. Je zal werken in het team HR Processes & Data, een team dat elke dag het juiste cijfermateriaal verzamelt om een antwoord te geven op vragen van collega’s. De werkzetel is in Brussel, vlak bij het station Brussel-Zuid.
