Als quality control manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor audits, quality controles en assurance over vier locaties. Je werkt in een team van ongeveer 100 werknemers en rapporteert aan het hoofd van nutritie en de directie. Je voert audits uit, bewaakt de kwaliteit van producten en processen, en onderhoudt kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen door gebruik te maken van ISO-normen. Je identificeert procesverbeteringen, geeft trainingen over kwaliteitsnormen, en zorgt voor nauwkeurige documentatie en rapportage.
