Le/ La HR Global Advisor assure le support aux managers et employés Belges et apporte les réponses aux questions relatives aux ressources humaines, plus précisément sur les questions administratives et la paie. Vous faites partie d'une équipe internationale qui est en charge de toutes les requêtes RH de nos employés, et apportez votre support à vos collègues sur d’autres pays, notamment la France.

Ce poste est basé à Dilbeek et les membres de votre équipe seront répartis dans le monde entier, notamment à Budapest, Troisdorf et plus encore.

Vos missions :

Fournir un soutien sur les sujets RH couvrant des domaines tels que les politiques et processus RH, l’intégration, les avantages sociaux, la paie, la rémunération, etc Être le point de contact des employés et des managers sur l'utilisation de Workday et d'autres systèmes RH Collaborer avec le centre d'expertise paie et les HRBP sur les domaines d'amélioration potentielle dans les programmes et les processus RH Piloter l'automatisation, la standardisation et l'amélioration continue des processus, notamment Workday Partagez les informations disponibles via nos canaux de communication et être accessible avec plusieurs modalités et dans plusieurs langues: tickets, téléphone, mails En lien avec le Centre d’Expertise Payroll, assurer la collecte et la transmission des données variables, vérifier l’exactitude des données dans Workday et contribuer au cycle paie de la Belgique Suivi des dossiers individuels du personnel, répondre aux questions relatives à l’administration du personnel et être l’interlocuteur des organismes (assureur, Sécurité Sociale) Vous assurez une veille sociale sur la paie et l’administration du personnel Belge

Les clés pour nous rejoindre :

Bachelier en gestion des RH ou similaire, vous avez acquis une expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans des fonctions d’administration du personnel et paie

Expérience en support RH de bout en bout, LOA, paie, avantages sociaux, etc.

Pédagogue avec les Managers et les employés

Esprit d'équipe, à l’aise avec la collaboration et le travail en remote dans un environnement international

Vous parlez couramment l’anglais, le français et le néerlandais

The HR Global Advisor provides support to Belgian managers and employees and provides answers to questions related to human resources, more specifically on administrative issues and HR. You are part of an international team that is in charge of all HR requests from our employees, and provide support to your colleagues in other countries, including France.

This position is based in Dilbeek and your team members will be spread across the globe, including Budapest, Troisdorf and more.

Your missions:

Provide support on HR topics covering areas such as HR policies and processes, onboarding, benefits, payroll, compensation, etc Be the point of contact for employees and managers on the use of Workday and other HR systems Collaborate with the Payroll Center of Expertise and HRBPs on areas of potential improvement in HR programs and processes Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of processes, including Workday Share the information available through our communication channels and be accessible with several modalities and in several languages: tickets, phone, emails In conjunction with the Payroll Expertise Center, ensure the collection and transmission of variable data, verify the accuracy of data in Workday and contribute to the Belgian payroll cycle Follow-up of individual personnel files, answer questions relating to personnel administration and be the interlocutor of organizations (insurer, Social Security) You will ensure a social watch on payroll and personnel administration

The keys to joining us:

With a minimum of Bac+2 in management or HR, you have acquired at least 3 years' experience in personnel administration and payroll functions Experience in end-to-end HR support, LOA, payroll, benefits, etc. Pedagogue with Managers and Employees Team player, comfortable with collaboration and working remotely in an international environment
