Location: Leuven/Belgium
Compensation: UNPAID INTERNSHIP
The team you will be part of is the Trademarketing department for our European Expansion strategy. In this role you will be working to support our remote team across +30 countries with different scopes and route to market.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic business with stakeholders from different backgrounds with a growing demand of our brands and diverse market realities.
Your responsibility is to provide daily operational support for our commercial team in regards to our promotional activations, visuals designs, material production and delivery, distribution to partners and campaigns execution.
You will be working with brands such as Budweiser, Corona, Stella Artois, Leffe and many more.
In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with and learn from the Head of the Trade Marketing Team as you are both located in the GHQ in Belgium.
We encourage you to share innovative ideas and allow your creativity to flourish as you actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative trade marketing campaigns.
You'll have the opportunity to sharpen your proficiency in a range of essential technical skills, including SAP, Excel for data analysis, reporting, and budgeting, and the hands-on execution of operational plans, equipping you for success in any future career path • Internal cross functional support: Communication with Brand Marketing teams, Interface with Field Sales and Connection with Customers.
Follow up on trade materials: Purchase Request, Invoice Payment, Reportings, Production tracking, distribution to partners and distribution to customers.
Interface with our vendors regarding material production and payments.
Budget spend tracking: Support our team managing the spends and budget reporting to our stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS AND CAPABILITIES
Interested in developing a career in business / marketing with a focus to understand how FMCG companies operates.
Previous work experience / internship is a plus.
Excel and Powerpoint intermediate are required.
Strong communication skills / comfortable speaking with different stakeholders.
Curious, proactivity and ready for action.
Fluent in English.
