As a Tory Burch Sales Cashier you are a focused individual with an eye for detail. You are able to work calmly and effectively under pressure and able maintain the highest standards at all times. You will be highly trained on the POS and be focused on cashier duties for the majority of the time. Along with this extra responsibility typically comes a greater level of knowledge of the POS (in addition to basic transactions, you will also need to understand returns, discounts and promotions, etc.) and will be in a customer-facing role. You will work as part of the front of house team, sometimes with the back of house team, and other times directly with the GM & AGM.
Responsabilités
Support the Customer Experience at POS
· Efficient processing of all POS transactions ensuring accurate recording of product information and payment types
· Support all POS Opening and Closing procedures ensuring accurate recording of cash floats, PDQ machines, Gift Cards etc.
· Ensure the accurate capture of sales associate information in all transactions
· Drive Client Data Capture at POS ensuring accuracy of all related data
· Utilize Tulip CRM for client data acquisition at POS
· Drive CONIQ data acquisition at POS
· Ensure correct processing of Discounts, Promotions where applicable
· Ensure all purchases are correctly packaged before leaving the store
· Ensure Returns Policy is clearly communicated to clients at POS
· Ensure a high level of customer service through extensive product knowledge and product ownership
Qualifications
· 1-2 yrs. experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment
· Availability and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, store openings and closings, to meet the needs of the business.
