What you'll do
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 5-10 years of experience to join our consultancy team.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to rapidly transition from business analyst into a Product Owner role and excel in representing the project technically in customer-focused meetings. The project we are hiring for is an e-learning project for a European institution. This individual will play a critical role in driving the product vision forward by ensuring precise communication within the team, with clients, and in technical documentation. Experience with PHP-based projects is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Analysis:
Analyse business needs and determine how digital solutions can address them Identify business problems and develop solutions using data modelling techniques. Communicate with senior roles to gather and define requirements. Develop business and functional requirements for projects, translating them into designs and models.2. Stakeholder Management:
Influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders on the benefits of digital solutions. Represent the project technically in customer-focused meetings. Conduct workshops and training sessions for up to 80 participants to ensure stakeholder buy-in and understanding.3. Technical Implementation:
Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems. Coordinate the implementation of the technical architecture. Ensure detailed documentation and exact communication throughout the project lifecycle.4. Product Ownership:
Rapidly evolve into a Product Owner role, driving the product vision forward. Work closely with development teams to prioritize and manage product backlogs. Ensure alignment of product development with business goals and customer needs.
Your qualities and skills as Business Analyst
Analytical and Conceptual Thinking:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conceptualise complex business problems. Experience in data modelling and devising technical solutions.Stakeholder Management:
Proven ability to influence and work closely with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with senior management and clients.Technical Proficiency:
Advanced technical skills, particularly with PHP-based projects. Ability to coordinate technical architecture implementations.Documentation and Communication:
Exceptional documentation skills. Ability to create detailed reports and deliver impactful presentations. Exact communication within the team and with clients.Project Management:
Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills. Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. Project management knowledge is advantageous.Language Proficiency:
English: Understanding (C1), Speaking (C1), Writing (C1).Qualifications:
