Project Management:
Ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
Execute projects related to investment products, emphasizing strategic alignment and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Establish a robust organization, clearly defining scope and business requirements.
Innovation and Strategy:
Actively contribute to the realization of product and service roadmaps aligned with the company's overall strategy.
Continuously assess and discuss solutions and future improvements in line with the strategic vision.
Internal and External Communication:
Provide regular reports to management and stakeholders throughout various project stages.
Optimal collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of objectives and progress.
Project Risk Management:
Identify project-related risks and develop appropriate contingency plans.
Continuously assess progress in ongoing consultation with various stakeholders.
Business Analysis:
Describe scope and business requirements.
Conduct in-depth analyses of business needs in close collaboration with stakeholders.
Utilize advanced analytical skills to assess needs, and propose data-driven solutions.
Formulate optimization strategies based on the analysis of business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Design integrated solutions, considering business requirements, budget constraints, and project timelines.
Document current and future business processes in detail to ensure a clear understanding of workflows.
Contribute to the drafting of detailed functional specifications aligned with project objectives.
Facilitate the transition from existing to new solutions, ensuring continuity and user satisfaction.

Profil
Qualifications:
Master's degree, preferably in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Engineering.
Bilingual FR/NL , with excellent command of English .
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in projects.
Experience in the banking and/or insurance sector.
Business analyst skills.
Knowledge of investment products.
Digital native passionate about the digitization of investment products.
Familiarity with agile/scrum development.
