In opdracht van de Vlaamse overheid en de Vlaamse media en hun regies (VRT, VAR, DPG media, Mediahuis, Play Media, Ads & Data, Roularta, We Media, Mediafin en NORTV) starten we een innovatief en uniek onderzoek waarbij we het sterk gedigitaliseerde en crossmediale mediagebruik in kaart brengen. Daaruit zal blijken hoe mediagebruikers zich doorheen de dag over verschillende mediaplatformen en mediamerken heen bewegen, dit zijn unieke inzichten in de Belgische markt. Dit onderzoeksproject zal in België op termijn het belangrijkste media onderzoek worden, uniek in zijn soort. Om van dit project een succes te maken, zijn we nog op zoek naar een Research Manager die mee zijn/haar/hun schouders onder dit project wil zetten.
MAAK JIJ HET VERSCHIL?
Als Research Manager werk je samen met en ondersteun je onze Audience Measurement Lead bij het opzetten, ontwikkelen, analyseren en rapporteren van de MediaCell meting (dit is technologie die we bij Ipsos gebruiken om het crossmediaal mediagebruik passief te meten). In jouw rol ben je mede verantwoordelijk om een diepgaand inzicht in het Vlaamse medialandschap te verkrijgen.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten van de meting van de verschillende mediakanalen, in nauwe samenwerking met het Global MediaCell team. Je monitort de voortgang van het veldwerk en volgt nauwgezet de kwaliteit van de verschillende onderzoeksprojecten op, in het bijzonder voor het MediaCell project (voor radio, digitale media en televisie). Je ontwikkelt rapportage tools en quality control systemen en past deze zelf toe in de praktijk. Je analyseert de verkregen data en rapporteert deze op een creatieve en enthousiaste manier. Je denkt mee na over research designs en rapporten en stelt deze op. Je bereidt de meetings voor de Technische Commissie en Expert groepen inhoudelijk technisch voor.HOE VUL JIJ ONS AAN?
Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in vergelijkbare functies in marktonderzoek rond mediabereik. Het Vlaams medialandschap kent voor jou geen geheimen. Je bent proactief ingesteld en hebt een oog voor detail. Daarnaast ben jij een echte teamplayer , en ben je gedreven om samen een sterk resultaat neer te zetten. Een 9-to-5 mentaliteit is niets voor jou. Je stelt je graag flexibel op. Bovendien kan jij goed omgaan met deadlines. Je bent analytisch en kritisch ingesteld en kunt communiceren met kritische klanten. Je hebt zeer goede schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels .
