Your journey with us Bij de klantHet leiden en begeleiden van het team bij de klant tijdens het aanbestedingsproces door o.a. : het leveren van activiteiten zoals een uitgaven-, risico-, leveranciers- en marktanalyse die de klant in staat stelt zijn behoeften te begrijpen; het bepalen van een aankoopstrategie en het opstellen van bijhorende risicoanalyses; het voeren van marktconsultaties op basis van de geïdentificeerde behoeften van de klant; het opstellen van opdrachtdocumenten en verslagen; het adviseren van de klant binnen hun aanbesteding/procurement strategie om ervoor te zorgen dat de wetgeving inzake overheidsopdrachten wordt nageleefd; het beoordelen van mogelijkheden voor kostenvermindering bij externe uitgaven de leiding te nemen en de klant te coachen tijdens de onderhandelingsfase; het ondersteunen van de klant bij het opstellen van de contractovereenkomst (SLA's, KPI's) met de opdrachtnemer; het rapporteren naar interne en externe stakeholders; het bijdragen als S&P-expert in multifunctionele teams om interne processen te herontwerpen en het adviseren bij de ontwikkeling van hun technologielandschap, om hun bedrijf competitief en toekomstbestendig te houden. Binnen het team Wees een stap voor door de trends en updates in de wetgeving inzake overheidsopdrachten op te volgen en zo een betrouwbare adviseur voor uw klanten te worden. Draag bij aan de ontwikkeling van initiatieven binnen Deloitte of binnen de service line overheidsopdrachten om de markt te bewerken. Mentor en coach je teamleden. Bouw een sterke band op met je teamleden tijdens teambuildingactiviteiten en evenementen. Let’s talk about you Je beschikt over een Master in Rechten, Criminologische Wetenschapen, Bedrijfskunde, Economie, Bedrijfswetenschappen, Politieke Wetenschappen, Communicatiewetenschappen, Overheidsmanagement, Bestuurskunde en Publiek Management Je hebt alvast een eerste ervaring opgedaan als aankoper of procurement consultant in de publieke sector Je bent een hands-on, resultaatgerichte en kwaliteit gericht persoon met sterke analytische vaardigheden Je hebt uitstekende sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden en je past je snel aan een nieuwe snel veranderende omgeving Een juridische achtergrond of een sterke affiniteit met S&P-technologie zijn een pluspunten Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
