Functiebeschrijving
Voor de functie als Teamleader van het Customer Service team gelegen in het hartje van Brussel, Tour & Taxis zijn wij opzoek naar een gedreven people manager:
- Je zorgt voor het goede verloop, de continuïteit en de kwaliteit van de customer service afdeling
- Rekruteren, motiveren, coachen en aansturen van de medewerkers
- Technische en administratieve ondersteuning aanbieden
- De verschillende diensten en producten promoten (garantieverlenging, accessoires, onderhoudsproducten, onderhoudscontracten).
- Rapporteren hoe iedere werknemer presteert en zich gedraagt binnen het customer service team, feedback momenten inplannen etc.
Functie-eisen
Voor de functie als Teamleader van het Customer service team in Brussel, zijn wij opzoek naar een gedreven kandidaat:
- Je beschikt over relevante werkervaring als customer service medewerker en/of als teamleader
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot in het Nederlands en in het Frans
- Je bent een people manager, je bent oplossingsgericht, streeft naar een betere werkomgeving en werkkwaliteit en je bent een echte teamspeler
- Je hebt ervaring in People management en in het beheren van KPI'S.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Voor de functie als Teamleader van het Customer service team in Tour & Taxis bieden zij:
- Een loon tussen 3000- 3500 euro bruto, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring is dit nog volledig bespreekbaar (+ maaltijdcheques en terugbetaling openbaar vervoer)
- Je fulltime werkrooster (38u/week) met 2-3 dagen telewerk mogelijk vanaf je vast contract
- Een carrière binnen een internationaal gekend bedrijf en marktleider in zijn sector
- Een mooie en gemakkelijk bereikbare werkomgeving
- Je maakt een case, in het Nederlands en in het Frans, die je ontvangt van je contactpersoon bij Accent Jobs
- Eerste digitaal gesprek wordt ingepland met HR Ellen (BSH)
- Tweede fysiek gesprek wordt ingepland bij BSH
- Derde gesprek gesprek wordt ingepland bij BSH
