Office Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of their buildings and stores to ensure a seamless working environment.
- Act as the primary contact person with suppliers, managing relationships and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Implement and maintain efficient office procedures to enhance productivity.
HR Functions:
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting the onboarding of new hires.
- Organise and coordinate training sessions for their sales team to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Serve as the primary contact person with Partena for payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Ideally, some experience in HR, but enthusiastic juniors with a passion for HR are also welcome.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch.
- Strong proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills.
