Office Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of their buildings and stores to ensure a seamless working environment.
  • Act as the primary contact person with suppliers, managing relationships and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Implement and maintain efficient office procedures to enhance productivity.



HR Functions:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting the onboarding of new hires.
  • Organise and coordinate training sessions for their sales team to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Serve as the primary contact person with Partena for payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Ideally, some experience in HR, but enthusiastic juniors with a passion for HR are also welcome.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch.
  • Strong proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills.
