About the job:


You will build smart, scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITSM and CSM modules, and contribute to the further evolution of the platform, including AI and GenAI functionalities.


You work end-to-end on projects: from analysis and design to development, testing and implementation. In addition, you will support platform governance, maintenance and optimization, and advise on best practices.


Roles and responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, CSM).

• Building applications, flows, UI policies, business rules and integrations.

• Supporting the entire project lifecycle: analysis ? design ? development ? testing ? deployment.

• Maintain and improve existing modules, implement new features.

• Realize integrations via REST/SOAP, MID Server or Integration Hub.

• Contribute to AI-driven innovations such as Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent and Automation.

• Ensure compliance with platform governance, performance, and security.


Requirements:

• At least 4 to 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Consultant.

• Hands-on experience with ITSM and CSM modules.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (client & server), Flow Designer and APIs.

• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub).

• Knowledge of ACLs, platform security and CMDB structures.

• Analytically strong, communicative and independent.

• Certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) required.
