  • Drive business development by crafting compelling proposals, identifying new collaboration opportunities, and fostering long-term client relationships.

  • Manage client engagements, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to middle and senior-level management.

  • Supervise and mentor junior to medior consultants, guiding their professional growth, reviewing deliverables, and facilitating the development of technical and interpersonal skills.

Your profile

  • Analytical thinker with a structured and proactive approach.

  • Experienced communicator capable of clearly articulating complex technical ideas to varied audiences.

  • Effective stakeholder manager, comfortable guiding teams through project delivery.

  • Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues and facilitate professional development.

Qualifications

  • The specific stack that you will work with will depend on the client but, as an indication, we commonly work with Databricks, Snowflake and Azure.

  • 3-6 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent academic research).

  • Strong analytical mindset with systematic problem-solving abilities.

  • A fast learner who demonstrates strong communication skills, adaptability, and entrepreneurial drive.

  • You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.

  • Fluency in Dutch, with excellent communication and presentation abilities. German or French fluency is a plus.

  • Proven interest in Data Engineering.

What do we offer?

  • Competitive salary package, including annual salary increase, company car or mobility budget, bonuses, hospital insurance and more.

  • Tailored training and development opportunities to position you as an expert in your field.

  • Flexible working arrangements (office, home, client sites) and international project exposure.
