(Senior) Buyer

For our client, an internationally operating industrial company, we are currently looking for an experienced Buyer / Purchaser.

This role is right for you if you bring purchasing experience in manufacturing environments and are looking for your next role in an international market-leading company with strong growth.

Your Tasks

• Managing the end-to-end procurement process, including identifying suppliers, requesting and negotiating quotations, and placing purchase orders in line with company policies.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term category strategies for direct and critical

indirect materials and services.

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth plans.
• Work closely with Supply Chain to obtain forecast and demand information, enabling

proactive and informed sourcing decisions.

• Support R&D and Engineering teams during New Product Introduction (NPI)

Your Profile

• You bring at least 7 years of experience in purchasing, buying, procurement or sourcing related roles, ideally on a local and global level, ideally in a manufacturing company
• You speak English fluently
• You are highly motivated to work in a challenging fast paced growth environment
