ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Inside Sales Executive, you are the first commercial point of contact for international prospects, partners and existing customers.
You manage inbound and outbound communication, qualify opportunities, and ensure timely follow-up throughout the sales process.
You work closely with sales team to maintain a healthy pipeline and deliver a strong customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming leads via email, phone, and online channels
- Proactively follow up on marketing-qualified leads and existing customer inquiries
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline
- Maintain regular contact with customers to support ongoing opportunities and retention
- Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and basic commercial information
- Track all interactions and opportunities in the system
- Support International Sales Managers in progressing deals
- Ensure timely and structured follow-up to maximize conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve lead quality and customer experience
Job requirements
YOUR PROFILE
- 2–3 years of experience in a sales, inside sales, or customer-facing commercial role
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and virtual meetings)
- Comfortable managing multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks
- Commercial mindset with a customer-first approach
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a plus
