Finance Manager – Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounting and Controlling teams, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.
• Drive the budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance review processes, providing clear recommendations to management.
• Partner with Operations to improve profitability, optimize inventory management and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage cash flow, tax compliance, audits and statutory reporting, ensuring deadlines and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
• Coach and develop the Finance team while promoting continuous improvement across financial processes.

Finance Manager – Your Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting, Controlling or Finance, including previous management responsibilities.
• Fluent French & English.
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.

Finance Manager – The Offer

• Salary up to approximately €115,000 gross per year, depending on your experience.
