To strengthen our project controls team, we are looking for an experienced Project Scheduler who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working closely with multidisciplinary project teams.
In this role, you will play a key part in project success by developing, maintaining, and optimizing integrated project schedules, ensuring critical milestones are achieved and stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules.
- Create detailed project plans, milestones, critical paths, and resource-loaded schedules.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, risks, and schedule impacts.
- Perform schedule analysis and recommend mitigation and recovery strategies.
- Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and progress updates for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate project planning.
- Support planning workshops and coordinate scheduling activities across multiple projects.
- Apply scheduling best practices and project controls methodologies consistently throughout project execution.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a Project Scheduler or Project Planner within EPC, EPCM, construction, engineering, or industrial project environments.
- Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).
- Solid understanding of project planning, scheduling principles, and project controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience within engineering, infrastructure, energy, industrial, or construction projects.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project performance reporting.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector or another highly regulated project environment.
