About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead complex Scrum projects, manage product delivery and ensure the successful implementation of ICT solutions throughout the entire application lifecycle.

You will work closely with Scrum teams, business stakeholders, project managers and technical teams to translate business requirements into high-quality digital solutions while ensuring effective planning, governance and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex Scrum projects and coach Scrum teams
• Track project resources, planning, timelines and budgets
• Produce project reporting, dashboards and performance metrics
• Manage the full web application lifecycle from design through development, testing, deployment, release and support
• Develop work package definitions, product descriptions, Project Management Plans (PMP), RACI matrices, Gantt charts and meeting minutes
• Gather, analyse and translate ICT system requirements into product deliverables
• Support and coach employees while organizing the distribution of work
• Produce high-quality technical and functional documentation
• Manage product delivery within Scrum sprint cycles
• Develop quality management and communication plans
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across delivery teams

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Higher education degree or equivalent professional experience
• Professional experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Product Owner or similar role
• Experience managing complex Scrum projects
• Experience tracking project resources, planning, timelines and budgets
• Experience coaching Scrum teams
• Experience producing project reports and management dashboards
• Experience managing the complete web application lifecycle
• Experience developing Project Management Plans (PMP), work package definitions, product descriptions, RACI matrices, Gantt charts and meeting documentation
• Experience gathering and analysing ICT system requirements
• Experience supporting and coaching employees
• Experience organizing work distribution across teams
• Knowledge of software packages and programming languages
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
• Experience working in Scrum sprint environments
• Experience developing quality management and communication plans
• Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Enterprise Unified Process (EUP) or Rational Unified Process (RUP)
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as SAFe, DSDM, DAD or AgilePM
• Professional proficiency in English and Dutch and/or French
