Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Test Coordinator to manage all testing activities across one or more strategic projects. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of test management, including budgeting, planning, and the execution of all test levels (Unit, System, User Acceptance) and test types (Functional and Non-Functional). You will act as the central point for test communication, ensuring quality standards are met and that the system under test is ready for deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain the Master Test Plan.
Plan, estimate, budget, and coordinate all testing activities.
Manage Unit, System, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Lead test execution, automation, security, and performance testing.
Monitor test progress, risks, defects, and quality.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, SMEs, IT teams, and Release Management.
Ensure test environments, data, and resources are available.
Report test status and release readiness.
Drive Agile, Shift-Left, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Knowledge & Technical SkillsAgile and V-Model methodologies.
ISTQB®, TMap®, STBox™, or equivalent.
ITIL, Quality Assurance, and Risk Management.
Jira and Zephyr Enterprise.
Tricentis Tosca and NeoLoad (preferred).
Experience or knowledge of infrastructure projects.
Required Skills & CompetenciesLeadership and team coordination.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Planning and organisational skills.
Pragmatic, proactive, and adaptable.
ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience as a Test Analyst or Tester.
Proven experience as a Test Coordinator in large, multi-project environments.
Experience working with SMEs, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Test Analysts, and IT teams.
