IT Infrastructure Manager - Transformational Project - Hybrid
We are currently looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager responsible for leading the delivery of a large-scale infrastructure transformation programme while building and developing a high-performing infrastructure team. The role combines technical leadership, people management, and strategic planning to modernize enterprise infrastructure, improve operational resilience, and support business growth in a hybrid IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of infrastructure transformation and modernization initiatives across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Build, develop, and mentor a growing team of infrastructure engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Define and implement infrastructure strategy, standards, and operational best practices.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and support of enterprise infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and cloud services.
- Drive cloud adoption, automation, and infrastructure standardization to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Manage infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with security, application, and business teams to deliver resilient and secure technology solutions.
- Manage third-party vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, availability, and disaster recovery readiness.
