In this transformation leadership role Fastback’s CEO will drive renewal, leadership, commercial acceleration and cultural transformation.

• A strong growth mindset: a commercially driven entrepreneur who can develop business with key accounts, importers, dealer groups and strategic partners in Belgium and internationally.
• Strong customer orientation: a leader who deeply understands customer needs, protects and expands the existing customer base, and translates product and service excellence into long‑term retention and loyalty.
• Internal leadership and organisational discipline: a CEO who can unite Sales, IT, Helpdesk and Operations (20 employees) into one aligned organisation, creating ownership, accountability and a strong sense of shared purpose.

• Strong Belgian automotive market credibility and experience with automotive technology or SaaS solutions.
• Commercial leadership, customer trust and retention mindset.
• Local operational leadership and change‑management capability.
• Ability to operate within an international group structure.
• Fluency in English, French and Dutch; regular travel within Belgium and across Europe.
• Understanding of the logic of automotive systems and dealership processes (Dealer Management Systems, stock management, vehicle publication, pricing tools, trade‑in processes, remarketing, integrations, data quality, dealership workflows).
