Collaborateur(trice) Helpdesk
pour l'un de ses clients situé dans les Cantons de l'Est.
Au sein de l'équipe informatique, vous assurez le bon fonctionnement des équipements et des outils numériques utilisés par les collaborateurs. Vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié pour le support technique et participez activement à l'amélioration continue de l'infrastructure informatique.
Diagnostiquer les incidents techniques et apporter des solutions de niveau 1 et 2.
Déployer, installer et paramétrer les équipements informatiques (ordinateurs, périphériques, logiciels, etc.).
Assurer la gestion du parc informatique et le suivi des stocks de matériel.
Participer aux projets d'évolution de l'environnement informatique et contribuer à leur mise en œuvre.
Documenter les interventions et maintenir les procédures techniques à jour.
Vous disposez d'une formation en informatique ou d'une expérience équivalente.
Vous justifiez d'au moins deux années d'expérience dans une fonction de support informatique, idéalement dans un environnement industriel ou de production.
Vous maîtrisez au minimum deux des langues suivantes : français, allemand et anglais.

IT Helpdesk Support Officer
on behalf of one of its clients located in the East Cantons of Belgium.
As part of the IT team, you will ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT equipment and digital workplace. Acting as the first point of contact for end users, you will provide technical support while contributing to the continuous improvement of the IT environment.
Provide first-line support to end users and follow up on requests until they are fully resolved.
Diagnose and troubleshoot first- and second-level IT incidents.
Install, configure and maintain workstations, peripherals and software.
Prepare and deploy new IT equipment for employees.
Manage the IT asset inventory and monitor hardware stock levels.
Participate in IT infrastructure and system improvement projects.
You hold a degree in Information Technology or have equivalent professional experience.
You have at least two years of experience in a similar IT support position, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
You are familiar with IT ticketing systems and incident management tools. xolzvmg
You are fluent in at least two of the following languages: French, German and English.
