What You’ll Do

  • Prepare comprehensive user guides, training materials, and communication documents to empower administrators and end-users.
  • Manage ticket systems like MWP and ServiceNow, handling requests, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to support teams.
  • Conduct testing and validation of new platform features, ensuring compliance with GxP standards and documenting all activities meticulously.
  • Follow up with vendors on open tickets, deliverables, and service levels to maintain seamless platform support.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Learning & Development, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience supporting learning technology systems, LMS or LXP administration, or IT service management—preferably within regulated (GxP) environments.
  • Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Degreed.
  • Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow (or similar).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong documentation skills capable of producing clear, user-friendly guides and communications.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and a customer-focused service mindset.
  • Exceptional organization and follow-up abilities to manage multiple tickets, vendors, and deadlines effectively.

Nice To Have

  • Experience working with GxP compliance documentation.
  • Knowledge of platform testing and validation processes.
  • Additional language skills.

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields with 1–3 years of related experience.
  • Experience supporting learning platforms in regulated environments is highly desirable.
