What You’ll Do
- Prepare comprehensive user guides, training materials, and communication documents to empower administrators and end-users.
- Manage ticket systems like MWP and ServiceNow, handling requests, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to support teams.
- Conduct testing and validation of new platform features, ensuring compliance with GxP standards and documenting all activities meticulously.
- Follow up with vendors on open tickets, deliverables, and service levels to maintain seamless platform support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Learning & Development, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience supporting learning technology systems, LMS or LXP administration, or IT service management—preferably within regulated (GxP) environments.
- Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Degreed.
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow (or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong documentation skills capable of producing clear, user-friendly guides and communications.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and a customer-focused service mindset.
- Exceptional organization and follow-up abilities to manage multiple tickets, vendors, and deadlines effectively.
- Experience working with GxP compliance documentation.
- Knowledge of platform testing and validation processes.
- Additional language skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields with 1–3 years of related experience.
- Experience supporting learning platforms in regulated environments is highly desirable.
