To strengthen our Research & Development and Production & Distribution teams, we are looking for a motivated, experienced and dynamic Business Advisor.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a commercially astute Business Advisor to connect our legal, commercial, tax and finance functions. In this high-impact role, you will drive the formation and governance of strategic partnerships, support complex contract negotiations, and translate cross-functional considerations into clear, actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Liaison

  • Act as the primary bridge between the legal, commercial, tax and finance departments, eliminating silos and promoting aligned, integrated business solutions.

  • Translate complex legal, financial or tax considerations into commercially viable recommendations for senior leadership.

Heads of Agreement & Negotiation Support

  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to define, shape, and validate Heads of Agreement (HoA) and term sheets, developing negotiation strategies, identifying leveragepoints and commercial optimisation opportunities.

  • Ensure that all pre-contractual documentation accurately reflects the agreed commercial terms and protects the organisation's interests.

Stakeholder Communication & Process Management

  • Maintain proactive, transparent communication with stakeholders throughout the drafting and approval process, providing clear status updates and briefings.

  • Manage timelines and escalate risks or blockers in a timely manner to ensure deals progress efficiently.

Commercial Optimisation

  • Proactively identify commercial optimisation opportunities within existing and prospective agreements, including pricing structures, risk allocation, payment terms and performance incentives.

  • Provide data-driven insights and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Partnership Management & Development

  • Nurture and strengthen existing strategic partnerships and lead the onboarding and structuring of new partnerships, ensuring clear governance frameworks and performance metrics.

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for partners, building long-term relationships rooted in mutual value creation.
