🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Product Owner – Data Platform | Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)
Are you passionate about building data-driven products that create real business value? We're looking for a Senior Product Owner – Data Platform to join a leading financial services organization in Brussels.
In this role, you'll define the vision and roadmap for a strategic Data Platform, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and Agile teams. You'll translate business needs into a prioritized backlog and drive the delivery of innovative data, analytics, AI, reporting, and data governance solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar product leadership role.
- Experience defining product vision, managing roadmaps, and driving value-based prioritization.
- Exposure to data, analytics, AI, business intelligence, data governance, or related environments.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong product management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear priorities and actionable roadmaps.
- Good understanding of data and analytics concepts, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic, pragmatic, and comfortable making prioritization decisions in a complex environment.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools such as Octane, Jira, Confluence or Klaxoon.
- Language knowledge: English: fluent, French and Dutch are optional.
