Your responsibilities
As Quality Manager Belgium, you will be responsible for a broad range of activities:Quality Management and Customer Complaints Handling
- Coordinate and follow up on customer complaints, quality incidents, and non-conformities.
- Manage quality escalations and ensure their timely resolution.
- Conduct or oversee root cause analyses and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide support to commercial and operational teams in the management of complex customer cases.
- Advise stakeholders on quality-related issues and associated best practices.
- Act as the key point of contact for quality-related matters within the Belgian organization.
- Collaborate closely with local, regional, and international teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Services, Technical Support, and Quality).
- Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders within a matrix organization.
- Represent the Quality function during internal meetings and when interacting with customers, when required.
- Monitor quality performance indicators, identify trends, and anticipate risks.
- Prepare reports and performance updates for management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the sustainable implementation of agreed actions.
Your profile
Do you have the knowledge, qualities, and skills listed below? Then you might be the person we are looking forEducation and Languages
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a technical, industrial, or quality-related field.
- Excellent command of English.
- Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong asset.
- Proven experience in Quality Management, Customer Quality, Operational Quality, or a similar role.
- Experience in a customer-oriented operational environment.
- Solid understanding of complaint management, non-conformity handling, and continuous improvement processes.
- Experience working within a complex international matrix organization.
- Ability to manage both operational and strategic topics simultaneously.
- Ability to work autonomously and set the right priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and align various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Assertive attitude and confidence in managing escalations.
- Broad business perspective, strong organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
