As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will manage the flow and accuracy of technical and quality documentation throughout projects. Working closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, and Quality, you will ensure that project records are complete, compliant, and available on time. The role combines supplier follow-up, SAP administration, document control, and the coordination of validation dossiers. You will act as a key point of contact for technical documentation and support efficient project execution across departments.
- Monitor incoming supplier certificates and follow up on missing, incomplete, or non-compliant material documentation.
- Register, update, and maintain material certificate information accurately in SAP/MRP.
- Coordinate the preparation, circulation, and controlled archiving of technical files, manuals, drawings, and validation records.
- Gather finalized production and quality documentation and organize it into complete project dossiers.
- Serve as the central contact for documentation-related questions, ensuring information is exchanged efficiently between internal stakeholders.
What we expect from you:
- Degree in supply chain, technical administration, or a related field.
- Several years of relevant experience in a mid-level coordination or documentation-focused role.
- Practical experience with SAP, preferably in an MRP or materials-management environment.
- Structured and detail-oriented working style, with strong administrative follow-through.
- Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
