- Lead global team that oversees all technology needs of the company
- Manage Outsourcing Partner relationships to ensure the Company maximizes full contractual potential
- Develop strategic plans and implement the objectives of the information technology needs of the company to ensure technical capabilities are responsive and aligned to drive business growth and success
- Define metrics based on overall business objectives
- Define and adjust IT standards and technologies
- Prepare and manage IT budget to meet business needs, given governance, budget, and timing constraints
- Advise senior management on strategic systems projects in support of business goals and objectives
- Develop and establish operating policies and approaches for information technology
- Manage IT applications portfolio
- Review and approve major contracts for computing and information technology services and equipment
- Align IT risk management with enterprise-wide risk management
- Coach and develop direct reports
- Use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.
- Maintain all organizational and professional ethical standards.
