We help industrial companies, logistics operators, healthcare organizations and construction businesses reduce physical strain, prevent musculoskeletal disorders and improve employee wellbeing through innovative exoskeleton solutions.
As the exclusive Belgian distributor of several international brands, we are currently experiencing strong growth and are looking for a Business Developer to support our expansion in Flanders.
Your Role
As Business Developer for Flanders, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and strengthening ExoHub's presence across the Flemish market.
You will work directly with the management team and play a key role in the company's growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and contacting new prospects across multiple industries
- Generating meetings and product demonstrations
- Building long-term relationships with HSE Managers, Prevention Advisors, HR Managers and Operations Managers
- Following up commercial opportunities from first contact to closing
- Participating in trade fairs, networking events and customer visits
- Managing and updating CRM data
- Supporting the implementation of exoskeleton projects with customers
- Contributing ideas and initiatives to accelerate ExoHub's growth
Who We Are Looking For
Experience is appreciated but not essential.

Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch (mandatory)
- Professional English
- Good knowledge of French
- Valid driving licence
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and commercial mindset
